​Dear Guest, 

​All guests staying at Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast have access to the swimming pool (NOT to the DIVING PIT) and are considered to have accepted the following conditions:

1. ​​There is no lifeguard on duty; you swim at your own risk.
2. All children must be supervised by an adult.
3. Swimming pool depth: 1.5 m (5 Ft).
4. Running around the pool is not allowed.
5. Diving headfirst is strictly prohibited, as it is extremely dangerous.
6. Smoking, eating, or drinking inside or near the pool is not allowed.
7. Glass cups and bottles are not allowed in the pool area.
8. Please respect other pool users.
9. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
10. Swimwear is required, no exceptions.
11. Access to the pool is prohibited in case of dangerous weather conditions (strong winds, storms – with or without lightning, hurricanes, etc.).
12. Divers have priority when working; please give them the necessary space.
13. Access to the DIVING PIT (3 m, 10 Ft) is strictly forbidden without being accompanied by an authorized instructor (see specific regulations).
14. Operating hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

​Management is not responsible for lost, submerged, or damaged items.
