​The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all reservations made on our website, by telephone, email or in person. 

Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast has a minimum age requirement of 18 years to book a reservation.  If you arrive at Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast and are under 18 years of age, you will not be permitted to stay alone. We may require photo ID as proof of age.

By using this web site, you agree to be bound by the Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast pool & diver zone regulations.

​Booking and Cancelation Policies

• ​Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is required
• To secure your booking, a deposit equal to 15% of your stay is required.
• Full payment of your booking is due upon your arrival.
• We do understand that your travel plans may change. However, as we are a small place, we need ample notice of cancellation. Your payment will be fully refunded if canceled more than 15 days before check-in date. If no written cancellation is made prior to this deadline, no refund will be given.
• In the event of a no show or a shorter stay - after your arrival - the full cost of the booking is still charged. No refund will be given.

​Check-In/Check-Out Time

​Check-In: between 3:00 and 6:00 pm.
Check-Out: 11:00 am.

Late Check-out Hour: 1:00 pm.
Late Check-out Fees: 400.00 mxn

Check-in: If you plan to arrive outside the mentioned hours, please notify Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast so we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.   

Late check out is available for a small fee, depending on the occupancy. Please check with your host.

If you'd like to leave your bags at Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast after check-out, we are happy to hold them until the departure of your ferry or your flight. We ask you, however, to pick them up not later than 6 pm.

Breakfast

​Continental breakfast is included for each guest. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10 am, every day, in the dining room of the main house.

Children

• ​Children 10 years of age and older are always welcome.
• Parents or guardians must always supervise minors. Please be courteous and understand that some of our guests are seeking rest and relaxation.
• Children above 18 years should be booked into their own room.
• We can provide an extra bed for a child between 10 and 18 in Agua Azul or Misol-Ha rooms for an additional fee. 
  

Pets

​Guest pets are not allowed on Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast.

Smoking

​In accordance with Mexican law, the property is a non-smoking area.

​Alcoholic Beverages

• ​Guests, 18 years of age and older, may bring their own alcohol. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, please drink responsibly.
• Minors are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the property.
• Parties will not be tolerated. 

​Parking

S​treet parking is available throughout our neighborhood for scooters and cars.

​Rates, Fees and Taxes

​Room rental rates are for one or two guests (excluding the extra bed option) and include breakfast for each guest. All our prices include taxes.

​Liability & Damages

• ​Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
• Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, the loss or theft of personal belongings, money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Each room has a safe, use it.

​Force Majeure

​Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

​Owner's Rights

​Cascada Maya Bed and Breakfast is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
